Absolutely! We're fully insured to protect both you and our business. Rest assured, we've taken every precaution to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

Where are you servicing?

At the moment, we are only focused on our St. Johns County residents.

How early should I book my rental?

Technically only 2 hours in advance within the system. However, we HIGHLY recommend that you at least book a few weeks in advance to ensure that your timeslot is reserved!

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we provide convenient delivery and pickup services for all our rental items.

Do I need any permits or licenses for my event?

The specific permits needed for your event will depend on local regulations and where you plan to hold it. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the event for a full refund. However, if you cancel within 5 days of the event, you will forfeit your deposit.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?

If the weather is unsafe for the Portable Inflatable Venue to be set up or used, we will reschedule the event or offer a refund.

Can I rent additional party items separately?

Yes, you can rent party add-ons separately.

This allows you to customize your event based on your specific needs and budget.

What happens if I go over my scheduled time frame?

In that scenario, you will be charged an additional $150 per hour.

Am I responsible for any damage to the Portable Inflatable Venue?

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, if damage occurs due to negligence or failure to follow our safety rules, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

What is included in the setup process when I rent an Portable Inflatable Venue?

Our basic setup includes laying down the tarp if necessary, inflating the Portable Inflatable Venue with a blower, inverted generator, portable AC unit and fan. Depending on which package you select, we will also set those items up.

How long does it typically take to set up and take down the Portable Inflatable Venue?

We can usually set up the Portable Inflatable Venue in about 1 hour and take it down in the same amount of time. However, depending on the packages selected, we might need 3-4 hours prior to scheduled time frame.

What types of surfaces can you set up the Portable Inflatable Venue on?

We can set up the Portable Inflatable Venue on most flat surfaces, such as grass, dirt, asphalt, or concrete. However, we cannot set it up on rocky or uneven ground.

Do I need to provide anything for the setup, such as power or a specific location?

You'll need to provide a level, clear space for the Portable Inflatable Venue to be set up. This should be free of any obstacles or debris that could damage the equipment or cause safety hazards.

Does the Portable Inflatable Venue need to be plugged in continuously?

Yes, the Portable Inflatable Venue requires a constant power supply to stay inflated. We provide a blower that keeps it inflated which is plugged into our generator.

Do you provide guidance and support on how to use the rental items?

Yes, we provide instructions and assistance on how to use the rental items. Our experienced staff will guide you through the setup process, explain how to operate the equipment, and answer any questions you may have.

We also offer safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of your guests and the equipment.

How long can the generator you provide run for?

Our portable generator can provide up to 8 hours of continuous power, ensuring your rental items run smoothly throughout your event.

FAQ - Portable Inflatable Venue

Is there an age restriction for entering the Portable Inflatable Venue?

The Portable Inflatable Venue is suitable for all ages as long as there is proper adult supervision.

Does the Portable Inflatable Venue have air conditioning?

No, however, all of our Portable Inflatable Venue come with portable air conditioning and fan to keep guests cool and comfortable.

Can Portable Inflatable Venue block noise from the outside or inside?

No, Portable Inflatable Venues are not completely soundproof. While they can help to reduce noise levels compared to an open outdoor space, they are not designed to be sound-insulated.

How many people can the 20x16.5x12ft be able to fit?

25 guests comfortably and up to 40 guests maximum.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Portable Inflatable Venue. This is for the safety of our equipment and to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

Can I have sharp objects near it?

No, you cannot bring sharp objects into or near the Portable Inflatable Venue. This includes items like knives, pens, or any other sharp accessories. Doing so could damage the structure.

Can I decorate it?

Yes, you can decorate the Portable Inflatable Venue to match your event’s theme. However, please avoid using staples, tacks, or anything sharp that could damage the structure. We recommend consulting with us for safe and appropriate decoration methods.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally not allowed inside Portable Inflatable Venue. This is primarily due to safety and hygiene concerns.

Animals can introduce dirt, bacteria, and other contaminants into the inflatable structure, which can pose health risks to guests. Additionally, pets may accidentally damage the equipment or cause disturbances for other attendees.
