Portable Inflatable Venue Rental Terms & Conditions
Welcome to RT Raves!
By renting our Portable Inflatable Venue ("Equipment") and related services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
- Equipment: The inflatable nightclub structure, lighting, sound system, and any other rented items.
- Event: The occasion for which the Client rents the Equipment.
- Rental Period: The timeframe specified for your use of the Equipment.
- Delivery Area: The geographic area within which we offer delivery and setup services.
Booking and Reservations
- Reservations are confirmed upon a signed agreement and deposit receipt.
- A refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due once the event is completed.
Pricing and Payments
- Rental prices are as listed on our website or provided in a written quotation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the Event Date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any potential processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of the Event Date will forfeit the entire deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund of all payments will be issued.
Delivery and Set Up
- Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space for delivery, setup, and operation of the Equipment.
- Specific delivery and pick-up times will be confirmed upon booking.
Safety and Usage
- Client agrees to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by RT Raves personnel.
- Client is responsible for supervising the Equipment and ensuring its proper use throughout the Event.
- No alterations to the Equipment are allowed.
- Client agrees to maintain a safe and controlled environment within the Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibiting smoking, open flames, excessive alcohol consumption, and any activity that could damage the Equipment.
Liability and Indemnification
- Client assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the Rental Period due to the use or misuse of the Equipment.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RT Raves from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from misusing the Equipment or violating these Terms & Conditions.
Damages
- Client is responsible for any damages to the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement fees will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.
Permits and Regulations
- Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for hosting an event involving the Equipment.
Insurance
- Client is strongly encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover potential liability for injuries or property damage during the Event.
Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
