Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 5 days or more before the Event Date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any potential processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 4 days of the Event Date will forfeit the entire deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund of all payments will be issued.
